Editorial Policy

VitaEvidence publishes English-language health information for a United States audience. Our goal is to explain what research suggests, where evidence is limited, and what questions readers may want to discuss with a qualified clinician or pharmacist.

How we develop guides

We begin with a focused reader question, consult authoritative sources such as government health agencies and relevant research, and write for understanding rather than diagnosis or treatment. We distinguish established findings from early or uncertain evidence and avoid promises that a supplement will cure, prevent, or treat a disease.

Sources and updates

Articles include source links and safety notes. We review articles when important guidance or evidence changes, and we correct material errors when they are identified. A publication date does not by itself mean that every fact is new; readers should use the cited sources for the latest details.

AI-assisted drafting

Some articles may use AI-assisted research organization or drafting. The VitaEvidence editorial process remains responsible for checking sources, narrowing claims, editing for clarity, and reviewing safety language before publication. We do not present AI output as medical advice or as a substitute for professional care.

Commercial transparency

Educational guidance is kept separate from commercial recommendations. If affiliate links are added in the future, they will be labeled clearly near the relevant recommendation and will not change the evidence summary.
